Slide Puzzle ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the Slide Puzzle mobile game (the "App"). We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data from our users.

Slide Puzzle is designed to function entirely on your device without requiring an account or transmitting personal information to our servers.

Photos and User-Uploaded Content

The App allows you to select photos from your device's photo library to use as puzzle images. This content:

• is accessed only with your explicit permission
• is processed locally on your device
• is not uploaded to, stored on, or transmitted to our servers
• is not shared with third parties

You may revoke photo library access at any time through your device settings.

Technical and Usage Data

The App does not independently collect usage analytics or telemetry. Limited technical data may be processed by Apple as part of standard App Store operation and crash reporting, in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.

Purchases

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases of subscriptions or additional content within the App are processed exclusively by the Apple App Store. We do not process, access, or store your payment information.

All payment data is handled by Apple Inc. as an independent data controller, in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Please refer to Apple's documentation for details on how your payment and purchase data is managed.

We receive only confirmation of a successful purchase from the platform in order to unlock the corresponding content or subscription within the App.

To the limited extent that any personal data is processed, the legal bases are:

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (Contract): processing necessary to fulfill in-app purchase transactions and deliver purchased content

We do not sell personal data.

We do not share personal data with third parties, except:

• Apple Inc., as the payment and distribution platform, acting as an independent data controller

We operate from the European Union and do not transfer personal data internationally. Any data processed by Apple in connection with purchases or App Store services is governed by Apple's own privacy practices.

Your Rights

Since Slide Puzzle does not collect or store your personal data, there is no personal data held by us for you to access, correct, or delete.
