These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Slide Puzzle mobile application (the "App") published by Nadzeya Yashchuk, Käferheimerstraße 153b / Tür 12, 5071 Wals-Siezenheim, Austria (the "Publisher", "we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The short version. Slide Puzzle is a small slide-puzzle game. You may use it freely; you may purchase Premium to unlock additional content and sizes. All payments are processed by Apple. We make no warranties beyond those required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
The App is licensed, not sold. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"). Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict in relation to App Store distribution, the Apple EULA prevails to the extent of the conflict.
The App offers Premium content through the Apple App Store:
Both options unlock the same Premium content: every premium cover, every board size (including 5×5 and 6×6), and unlimited photo imports.
All payment processing is performed by Apple Inc. We never see your payment details. Refund requests should be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Photos you import into the App remain yours. They are processed locally on your device and never transmitted to the Publisher. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any image you import.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law; (b) extract, redistribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the bundled cover photographs; (c) use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The 300 cover photographs shipped with the App are licensed to you for in-app use only. They may not be extracted, reproduced, or redistributed outside the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Publisher does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. The Publisher's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published at slidepuzzle.app/terms.html with the effective date shown above. Material changes will be noted in the App Store "What's New" release notes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Salzburg, Austria, have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence within the European Union.
